Jeff is a contract Killer with a heart. He wants out of the business but agrees to take one last job which although succesful, culminates in a bloodbath which leaves an innocent singer (Jennie) blinded. Wracked with guilt he decides to get the money together to get them both out of Hong Kong so that she can get an operation to help restore her sight. However he must contend not only with a determined cop (Insp. Li) who is hot on his trail but also the gang who hired him for the hit, who have decided that he and any witnesses should die.
