I wasn't too pleased to hear that Mulan was being sequelized. I enjoyed the new addition of the princesses, but not much else. Mushu's behavior especially irked me. He was obnoxious! Even if there was motive for that I think that they went a little new far with his development. However, maybe I'm just being crabby because "I Want to Be Like Other Girls" got stuck in my head for so long. All around, two-and-a-half is a fitting score.

Mulan II continues the story of Mulan, with Mulan and Captain Li Shang slated to get married. China faces a new threat that requires Mulan's strategic mind, but also a possible sacrifice. Meanwhile, Mushu starts looking to break up the two...

Mulan II continues the story of Mulan, with Mulan and Captain Li Shang slated to get married. China faces a new threat that requires Mulan's strategic mind, but also a possible sacrifice. Meanwhile, Mushu starts looking to break up the two lovebirds after finding out what will happen to him should they get married.

I loved Mulan, the original, as I believe it was the last great animated Disney movie. When i heard a sequel was coming, I had to say i was thrilled. Then i saw this, and i was like (...). Whatever this product was, wasnt the movie i grew to love....

I loved Mulan, the original, as I believe it was the last great animated Disney movie. When i heard a sequel was coming, I had to say i was thrilled. Then i saw this, and i was like (...). Whatever this product was, wasnt the movie i grew to love. There just didnt seem to be much effort in this movie, but at least they still had the same lovable cast as before. Imagine the first movie, but now imagine it without its charm.
