Leo Kessler is a Los Angeles cop on the trail of a slick psycho who likes to stalk and kill beautiful young women while in the nude. Leo and his new partner, Paul McAnn, are sure Warren Stacey is the culprit, but he is too clever to get caught. So Leo plants evidence and gets Warren arrested. However, the legal system comes into play and Warren's lawyers get him out. When Warren finds out that Leo was responsible for almost getting him caught, he decides that his next victim will be Leo's nursing student daughter Laurie. A night of terror unfolds as Warren goes on the rampage in the dorm, terrorizing Laurie and her roomies Bunny, Ola and Doreen.
