It all starts when a secret government lab mysteriously burns down. Three secret experiments were being held there to improve battles in war. One is the OXCOM, a creature that is telepathicly linked to the second experiment, which is a smart dog. The plan is for the dog to wander on the the ememy's side, and the OXCOM tracks the dog, killing everything around it. The only problem is that the OXCOM keeps killing the dog, too. During the fire, one OXCOM and one dog, GH3, escape. As the OXCOM tracks the dog, it kills anybody who came into contact with it. GH3 finds his way to a teenage boy, Travis Cornell, who helps him run from the OXCOM. Oh, wait.... didn't I say there were 3 experiments? Well I guess you'll just have to watch the movie and find out what the third one is.
