An o.k. comedy that seemed to be pretty predictable. There were a few funny moments in the movie that I liked but not enough to get more than 2 1/2 stars. Jason Lee has definitely done funnier movies. Julia Stiles looks absolutely amazing in this film. The movie could have been better with a few more scenes with her character.

Insulting at best, this movie doesn't have anything to say to anyone. It isn't funny, and at its core, it hates people. In the blackmail scenario, if you threaten someone's future husband, why insist he marry her anyway? There's comedy, and then there's things that nobody would logically do, even in movies. Come on. The groom himself does not act the least bit interested. If he didn't sleep with the other woman, why is he worried? If he cares about his wife, why did he do all this nonsense? Oh, I know, it's supposed to be all right because he's a guy. Sure. Let's not even talk about the inane ending. One of the lamest and most unrealistic, desultory movies ever made.

Loved it! I thought it was really a funny movie for a change, Jason Lee did great and so did Julia Stiles. Some parts were funnier than others but over all I think it was a great movie and well worth watching.

Tries way too hard too be funny, and begins to veer off the road towards the end of the film. If they had a more concise way to to get to the ending, and some actual funny scenes, it could have been good. Also, very predictable.
