This is a very well done retelling of the Arthurian legend. It blends it action and comedy well. There are a few times where the sound and visuals don't work like they ideally should, but this is a very strong film.

A fine, mature take on the legends of King Arthur. Director John Boorman does an outstanding job of creating a surreal but believable world with his atmospheric sets. Excellent casting and the special effects still hold up well. Gritty action...
