Alexandra Amberson is a jeweler and appraiser who accidentally opens a gem imprisoning an ancient Djinn. The Djinn takes on a human form and goes about its business of granting people twisted wishes in returns for their souls. However, once the person who releases it makes three wishes, the Djinn is free to summon his unholy brethren to Earth and conquer it. Alexandra must resist the Djinn and figure out a way to defeat it before it kills everyone around her.
