The best of the Don Bluth films and easily holds up after 25 years. It's an excellent tale of a mouse trying to find help in getting her sick son safe from the plow that's about to destroy there winter home. Her plight takes her to face down a tractor, seek out an owl and ultimately find a group of rats. The most interesting thing about the film is how the world is running upon it's own, few that Mrs. Brisby meet are there just to help her, at least right off, and if they do help it is clear that she is interfering with what they're doing. A great film for any age... well outside of Justen's little shout of "Damn.." but in this day it's rather minor.
