The first two Robocop movies were ok, the first a lot better than the second, but Robocop 3 is awful. In every movie, Robocop had it's enemy's. In Robocop 1: ED-209, in the second the vicious cyborg Cain. But is this movie we have a samurai robot that looks like a normal guy. This was a terrible villain to watch. Another thing that bothered me a lot was that the film is to soft on violence. A PG-Rated Robocop is just a desperate attempt to cash in on the wider audience, which proves that the film was made by profiteers, rather than film-makers.
I recommend "Robocop", the original, and also the second. But don't watch this one, not even if you're a Robocop fan.
