I saw this movie a long time ago, and while I don't remember much about it specifically, I ~do~ remember that it was horrible. And that there was pretty much one reason for it being horrible...

He's what makes this movie oh-so-painful to watch. He looks so incredibly uncomfortable doing the required romantic scenes... well, required because it is, after all, a romance movie, right? He's about as wooden as a table leg. If you want to see a romance movie, see something else. If you want to see a Keanu Reeves movie, watch Speed or The Matrix, but don't waste your time on this piece of trash.
