A series of curious nighttime encounters leads Kevin, an imaginative young boy, on an astounding adventure through time and space. Now he's in the company of a band of dwarves who, fed up with the menial jobs given to them by the Supreme Being, have stolen a map showing holes in the time-space continuum, through which the dwarves plan to plunder the riches of the ages. But little do Kevin and his new friends suspect that they're being watched by the aptly-named Evil Genius, who has his own diabolical plans for the map.
