Good lord, Toxic Avenger is an exercise in cheap, oldschool independent film making...and it's absolutely awesome. I remember renting it from the library when I was a kid a lot because there was nudity (hey, I was a kid, but I had priorities, alright?) and the hero totally gets it on with a smokin hot blind chick (how awesome is that?). A cool combination of the superhero & horror genres (basically what would happen if Jason only killed a-holes and everybody loved him no matter how incredibly gruesome the killings were...or, in fact, were performed right in front of them)...Did I say the Dark Knight was the best superhero movie we'd possibly ever get? Well, it's no Toxic Avenger, that's for sure. It's a total cheese-fest and that's why I love this movie...and you should too! >_>

A pretty good cult movie that continues to gross me out with some of the gory scenes. This film doesn't bring much in the way of quality but that isn't really the point when you watch this one. If you haven't seen this one yet give it a shot it...

When 90 pound weakling is exposed to the radiation of neuclear waste he is forever transformed into the Toxic Avenger. I first saw this movie when i was a kid. And it still slays me every time i pop it into the VCR(I have to get it on DVD). It is a classic from Tromo studios. If you like this check out Sgt. Kabukiman NYPD it's just as great.
