I do agree that the ending looks more realistic that in most of romance movies, but it looks like the ending was forced to make it the worst possible outcome, and though this happens sometimes, I just don't think that the movie should have gone with that tone.

Masterpiece. Really. This movie is one teenage drama that I'll never forget. It deals with all those well known problems: friendship, family, love... belonging. Micha is Mary, boarding school newcomer. She meets two girls... friends on first look, but later she realises also and lovers. Tragic as it may be this movie is also very touching and realistic.
