Dr.No the first and in my opinion to be one of the best 007 movies. The plot was a little thin, but yet it was clever and some what easy to understand the first time;if you watch carefully. Dr.No himself doesn't make a appearance almost to the end, but the little stage time he had he used it well. The movie was a little low on the action and one-liners, however i found it a bit more refreshing than some of the other 007 film because of it. Dr.No is a classic film, not to be miss by any Bond fan nor Film viewer.

The first Bond movie and the better. All the actors are doing their jobs fine and Terrence Young makes the film great.

This is my first review on a James Bond movie, and what better way to review his first movie. Sean Connery plays 007 for the first time. And I think it had some cool Gadgit in this film. I like the action, story plot and the cast to this movie....

This is my first review on a James Bond movie, and what better way to review his first movie. Sean Connery plays 007 for the first time. And I think it had some cool Gadgit in this film. A really good starter film for what could be consider the greatest film franchise of all time. Compared to later Bond films, there is better than this, but not saying that is a bad film. Sean Connery does an excellent job at being the undeniably cool James Bond. There are also worse Bond films than this as well, so I'm kind of stuck in the middle. So, I give it a 3 1/2 star, not the best and not the worst in the series.

A great opener to what would become one of my favourite movie franchises. Dr. No is a memorable villian, mainly because of the awesome metal hands. Sean Connery IS Bond, no doubt about it, but he isn't as comfortable in the role here as he would be in later outings (Thunderball being his best performance).

The first official 007 Film. It's really good and any 007 fan should watch it. It has great effects for a 60's movie and it stars Sean Connery, the best 007. You have to watch this!

I am huge fan of James Bond. Dr. No the first Bond movie, is sure a pleasure to see the start of a whole new universe of 007! This is a great Bond movie!

yes, a pretty good start for the Bond franshise. Sean Connery is great, and the effects (at that time) where good.
