A satirical tribute to Sci-fi movies of the 1950s. When Professor Bigelow's wife abruptly leaves him to return to her hometown of Centerville, IL he has no idea that following her there would pull him into a loose encounter with something otherworldly..and quite possibly sinister. With the help of a ditsy tabloid reporter, Bigelow attempts to expose some real extraterrestrial shockers-which of course no one believes-until the kidnapping of his daughter for a ride into space forces the professor to teach these invaders a lesson in vigilantism!
