This is a very good movie darker and a bit more darker then the first movie but still a pretty good movie for the family and also the main I would say villian is a boy from the past and Hagrid was involved so it is a worth to see it.

The second of the harry potter moives and show twhat happend 50 year before the story line with Riddle (voildmoet) and there a lot of atcion, new characters, you just got to love this moive

Like all Harry Potter films, this was awesome! New characters, alot of suspence and drama! The first ones are always the best though. I thought this one was awesome! HP rocks all!

For a long time I though this story overall was so unattached to everything in all the other books, the only thing that really put the underlying story of Harry vs Riddle (Yes, I'll use his real name :) ) is that it was his old school thing. I won't say why, but that thought ended as of the 6th book (And most likely the movie too). That helped me in liking this a bit more. This is as good as it is before and after this one.

Had everything that was important, and didn't skip or delete any good or important scenes. However, the acting wasn't the best, but it was still okay, and everything leading up to the finding of the Chamber of Secrets was intense, good, and the special effects such as the Aragog and the basilisk were awesome. The books - and this movie - has yet to fail yet.

This is probably the best Harry Potter Movie out there so far. The first Harry Potter was good but it wasn't as good as this one. I feel that this one tightened up more intensity than the last one did but they were both great movies.

It's still a very good movie but not as good as Harry Potter 1. I don't really know what it is (maybe Dobby, the flying car, the spider or the fact that I didn't like the book as much as the other ones) but this movie is in my opinion the "worst" of the Potter-movies.

But there is also much to like about this movie, e.g. the great setting, the cute actors, the good story-line and a lot of action and magic. The movie is darker than the first one and more serious.
As for the story: Harry is starting his second year at Hogwarts and has to face a danger from the past. Furthermore an annoying house-elf and an arrogant teacher cross his path.

All in all, this is a very good movie and totally recommendable.
