Set in 19th century England, one day a farmer named Earnshaw returns from the city with a little child named Heathcliff. Earnshaw's child, Hindley, does not like Heathcliff but his daughter, Cathy, takes an instant liking to him. Heathcliff and Cathy grow up to become star-crossed lovers whose life together is interrupted when Cathy meets a gentlemen named Edward Linton.
