Lucy Harbin goes out of her mind when she finds her husband in bed with another woman. She takes an axe and kills them both and her three-year-old daughter is a witness. Lucy is sent to a mental institution for 20 years for the double murder. She is released to live with her brother and now 23-year-old daughter. When the body count starts to rise after Lucy's release the police think she's back to her old ways. Or is she?
