Okay, so I was embarrased to be seen with this DVD at first. Yet I had to get it because I wanted to see O-Town. I fully expected sub par acting, cheesiness and a terrible plot, but I was hoping that I could just catch O-Town and their song that wasn't on the album. However, this movie was an odd comedic gem. Instead of trying to pull it off, they just admited it was kind of a cheesy idea and made fun of themselves. For example when Justin Timberlake is doing valet parking and over the radio comes an N'Sync song, and he's like, "What is this garbage?" The plot wasn't acadamy award winning material, but it connected things decently well, was believable enough to fit in to the ridiculous situation and keep the movie enjoyable. Not trying to be something it wasn't, the movie rightly didn't try to be serious. Longshot excels by embracing it's pathetic nature. Believe me, it's not as terrible as you may think.
