In a near future where civilization as we know know it has disintegrated a man makes a living playing Shakespeare with his mule as acting assisstant and requisite. Having performed at a local community he's taken prisoner by a pseudo-political army gang. Against all odds he later escapes and slumps into an old post car that still has mail to be delivered.
