Indeed it is an absolutely gorgeous film. Story-wise it reminds me somewhat of The Adventures of Baron Von Munchausen in that it's a story of a grandiose adventure story being told to a little girl. I usually hate child actors, but the little girl...

All I can say is I just don't know with this. I know I truly enjoyed it, I know I fell in love with the characters and the visuals. But then it is as if I am just barely missing something, like the film needed at least another half hour to explain...
