A mute alien crash lands his ship in the Hudson River and crawls onto Ellis island. Hitching a ride on a Ferry Boat to Harlem he wanders into a local bar. When he fixes a video game in the bar a Social Worker gets him a job fixing arcade machines. It turns out he is able to fix both machines and people by touch alone. However, being a fugutive from his own world, alien Bounty Hunters soon arrive to apprehend him.
