This movie is about the telling of three horror stories from another story, "wraparound story", about a kid named Timmy who is locked in a cage and is about to become cooked by a psychotic woman. The first tale, "Lot 249", is about an ancient mummy who rises from his tomb to kill certain college students. The second tale, "Cat From Hell", tells the story of an old man who hires a hit man to kill a murderous cat who cannot be killed. The third tale, "Lover's Vow", is about a man who witnesses a gargoyle killing his friend but promises never to tell what he saw.
