This movie has great acting, great cinematography, directing it had and still has it all. Matt Damon and Robin Williams performance's were amazing and you really attached to each character. Every time Will's friends came on screen it was like you couldn't get enough of them. The chemistry was amazing to watch. The chemistry went off the charts when Minnie Driver came on screen. Her presence was amazing, and really drove the film when her and Matt were on screen. This movie was amazing and I recommend anyone buy it even if you haven't seen it yet, because after you've watched it once you'll want to keep it forever.

+ some interesting story parts - the entire movie is talking and lots of the dialouge is meaningless - bad ending - majority of the story is generic

A genuinly touching and fantastic story. and written by ben affleck too...well he co-wrote it with matt damon, they also act as the two main roles and again do a terrific job.

the story revolves around a troubled yet loyal, boy genius with a fantastic "photographic memory" and a thurst for knowledge and the power to constantly want to rebel against everyone and everything.

after many run ins with the law will gets put onto a parol program where he works at a university as a cleaner, there a professor puts up a problem on a black board that only a genius could answer.

after days of nobody being able to solve the math question, someone answers it but their identity is a mystery - in fact it is will hunting (damon) after striking a deal with the proffessor that set the questions- Will is given his freedom after a street fight as long as he attends a shrink, in return the prof gets to probe young will mind with tests, questions, and math theories.

will goes through about 5 therapist and disposes of them in a funny manner that makes you take a liking further to the character, wills life gets even more complicated when he mets skylar and then falls in love with her. but will is haunted by his past as a child and cant let it go...

i wont say anymore because that would be spoiling it so go and watch it if you already havent.

Damon is the lead in this movie about a young twenty-something man from south Boston, who has a photographic memory and an unbelievably great mind. Also starring is Robin Williams who does a fantastic job (in this Academy Award winning performance) as Hunting's psychiatrist, who is supposed to show Hunting how to live a good life.

A great movie and the even more amazing part is that it was written by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck who star in it. Matt Damon and Robin Williams both do fine jobs in the lead roles and the storyline keeps you hooked in throughout the entire movie.

This movie is really cool. I really get into the storyline and the whole movie was cool! I kind of see this story made before in a cartoon, or probably after, I can't remember, but still this movie is cool!
