This isn't a bad beginning to a good trilogy. I think they did a really good job at casting most of the roles. I especially liked Ving Rhames and he pulled off the toughguy hacker as only he could. The acting overall was pretty good and the directing seemed fair. If you are looking for an action movie to watch this will definitely fit the bill.

A poor outing in what becomes a great franchise. The acting is good, but the story wanes.

Brian DePalma at last releases a movie that has color. Good story, Ethan Hunt is the only survivor of a group of spies and he tries to find out who did this to them, but finds out a terrible truth. The acting is pretty good. The directing is verry poor in the start of the movie but gets better closer to the end. The plot is Great, but it´s confusing, if u miss 5 minutes of the movie you wont get anything when u get back. Anyway a pretty classic movie and it is good, it´s not bad and not great but still a verry good and entertaining movie.
