Ten-year-old Clifford is a menace to his parents; so while the family is on vacation, it's decided that Clifford should stay with his uncle Martin for awhile. Clifford's greatest love is dinosaurs (and his little plastic one, Stephen, which he often talks to), and his greatest wish is to visit the Dinosaur World theme park, and will stop at nothing until Martin is forced to take him, up until which Clifford makes his professional and romantic life a living nightmare.
