Darryl Walker sees all the crime happening on the street and feels he should do something about it after his grandmother was killed. He creates a superhero costume for him and one for his brother Kevin. He gets the name Blankman after he saves someone because he couldn't come up with a name and Kevin says he's gone Blankman. Kevin thinks Darryl is crazy at first but then joins Darryl as Other Guy in the battle against crime.
