Debbie, Curtis and Steven were all born during a solar eclipse on the same day in peaceful Meadowvale, California. Ten years later, as the town prepares to celebrate the kids' birthday party, the little tykes have found their own way to celebrate. Seems the terrible trio were born without emotions nor any sense of right or wrong, and they have started to go on a murderous rampage throughout the town. Only Debbie's spunky babysitter, Joyce, catches on to their demented ways and she must put a stop to the madness.
