Far towards the artistic side as far as horror movies go.

Even though it is different from the book, it was still like the book was bought to life. It was different than any other film I have ever seen. This is a classic story of lost love.

I've probably seen this movie three dozen times, and it gets better with every viewing. The nuanced performances combined with wild shadow effects makes for such a fun ride!
