You know, there are some things that are genuinely creepy, and this movie is able to give you a relatively plausible reason for the horror it describes. Though creatures and serial killers may bit a bit more visible, the virus that creates havoc in this flick truly makes you think "do we have something like this?". The acting is solid, with genuine emotion tied to great cinematography to create a great blend of paranoia and fear. I'd definitely recommend it!
