I don't know why people give this movie a bad rap. It isn't THAT bad! There's action, adventure, revenge, & drama which is everything a great movie based on a video game SHOULD have! It definitely does a better job of being a video game movie...

A bad video game movie, the only thing worth while was Raul Julia as M. Bison. He was great, and I think this was his last movie before he died, which is sad because even he couldn't save this bad movie.
