Six members of a ruthless gang called Street Thunder are ambushed and killed by police. The surviving members of the gang take deadly revenge after one of them is killed by a citizen who has taken revenge for the cold blooded murder of his little girl. They chase the man to an abandoned police station where they launch a deadly assault. The man's only hope is a policeman, on duty for the closing of the precinct, a secretary, and two convicts who were on their way to death row.
