Four black women in Los Angeles—Stony,T.T,Frankie,and Cleo—have had it with their life of poverty.Because they're controlled by the majority,they're thought of in a negative way and always told of what they won't be able to achieve.To get revenge and put themselves above the system,they plan to rob banks.They start out well but a policeman who took part in shooting Stony's brother is trying to catch them red-handed.As the money piles up,their friendships change and their growing suspicions of each other lead the way to a final robbery that they risk everything for.
