If you want good suspense, this is a good place to start. Robert De Niro could not have played the bad guy any better. Scorsese really gets the feel of the original movie and does the whole thing completely eerie and nails the suspenseful moments and action.

Did I mention the music will stick in your head for weeks?

A must-see for anyone who's a fan of suspense.

i THINK its obvious that not anyone director could make this film as good as it is. The screenplay is badly simple and reminds of some classic adventures. But Scorsese makes it great. I dont think its enough to say that "Robert De niro"...

Rober De niro plays his best movie of all time or least top five in a movie where you kinda love the bad guy which idid at least the way De niro plays hisrole gives me goosebumps just hearing him talk i loved it and let us not forget the great Nick Notle who is great besides the Hulk if you havent seen cape fear and you love De niro or Nolte and even scorsese cause he really out did his self on this one
