Yes, this movie is a classic. Why? Well, first of all it deals with every teenager's problem to find his/her (in this case her) place in society. Susana is confused and lost, and she tries to kill herself. And of course, she is sent to mental institution. There she meets girls, who are just like her unable to function normally in real world. One of them is Lisa (played by Angie - who later got an Oscar for her performance) who is totally agresive and mean to almost everyone, quick to judge and always in some atempt to escape. During the movie Susana is trying hard to fight their "capturers", escape and get her revenge for being in mental institution, but as movie comes to an end, she has to realise that world she's been living in is just a way for her to hide from a real life. We never find out did Lisa find her way, too.
This is the movie you should see cause it will teach you that most of hte answers you're looking for are in you. All you have to do is to reach for them.
