Batman and Robin is universally acknowledge as the nadir in the Batman movie franchise -- and for good reason.

This is a bad movie. All realism and seriousness have been removed and replaced with camp silliness. Everything is over-the-top and ridiculous.

The villains are lame and corny. The heroes just silly. The action scenes have no scale. It appears to have been filmed in a high school basketball gym. There is no sense of being in a giant, sprawling metropolis like Gotham.

The worst thing about this movie is it killed the Batman franchise for a decade. The best thing is that hiatus led directly to Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. Proving once again that it's always darkest before the dawn.

And there you have it. I can go on and on but those are the top 10 reasons not to see this movie. There is maybe one thing good about it. 1. Women in spandex are hot and Alfred almost dies.
Other than that it s all bad all the time.

Don't get me wrong, each actors and actresses are great performers, but none of them deserve to be in this Batman movie especially George Clooney. He is the suckiest guy to be Batman (Bruce Wayne with grey hair?! Damn gay and he doesn't have what it takes to be the Caped Crusader. Uma Thurman is a great actress but she doesn't suit to be Poison Ivy and why is Bane is just a pathetic henchman? It's rubbish to say the least.

This is by far the biggest disappointment in all the Batman movies. Joel Schumacher, the director, is as retarded as the dumbass who shouldn't have directed the first Batman movie in the first place, Tim Burton. Why do these two guys even want to direct a Batman movie in the beginning knowing that they are not capable of making a Batman movie. You have to be a hardcore fan of the comic book, which explains why this movie is considered a failure.

Batman & Robin is a sure letdown. When Batman has nipples on his suit clearly means that this movie must not be seen or heard by anyone. It's as gay as the director himself who claims that he is indeed gay at one point.

Uma Thurman is pretty but wasnt a good actor for Poison Ivy and i hated the batgirl part. However the Mr. Freeze story was fantastic and the inclusion of Woodrue was cool. Still i loved this movie when i was young, and i cant rate it that bad because of it being probly the 1st superhero movie i saw in theatres, and it was part of what got me hooked on batman.

Nothing shows this more then Arnold as Mr Freeze, they turn him into a comedian, or at least he tries to be one. He shouldn't had been. He should had been two different people for the most part, hard like the Terminator when confronted, a blubbering mess when with his wife. Many complain about Bane taking orders from Ivy, though that one does make sense to me, the venom used in him was plant based, so that would be in her power. Of course weather or not this was a good idea is up in the air too.
