This movie was interesting enough to me that I went out of my way to find it several years after I first viewed it. I only vaguely remembered the plot line, and I did not know the title at all, but I remembered really, really enjoying that. Today, that still holds true. It's a quirky sort of love story, humorous along the way.

It has action, adventure, comedy, drama, romance(ew!!), and cool monsters. I think it's very well done and bonds all of these things together very nicely and it turns out to be a very entertaining film. Oh, and it has "The Pit of...

It has action, adventure, comedy, drama, romance(ew!!), and cool monsters. I think it's very well done and bonds all of these things together very nicely and it turns out to be a very entertaining film. Oh, and it has "The Pit of Despair" Billy Crystal as a very, very old guy, a six-fingered man, and many other elements. So that's basically why it's such a good movie. It has a little bit of everything.

Very funny!

Great for what it is and most certainly it's own animal in a film.

Fun, adventurous, silly and just a joy to watch.
