A really good movie, and a cute little gremlin.

Excellent horror comedy with great scenes and just the right amount of scariness. Recommended not just because it's a classic but because it's a great, fun movie.

Probably one of the best horror comedys of all time. What makes the film so neat is The Gremlins and the fact that unlike most horror monsters they just want to have fun and mess around. Two of the stand out scenes are when The Gremlins are getting drunk at the pub and also when The Gremlins are at the cinema watching Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. In both scenes we see the Gremlins enjoying themselves and having fun! Is it just me or do you not hear about Joe Dante anymore? I find that to be quite suprising as last time I checked this is among the highest grossing films of the 80s.
