Frankie and Annette are not together in this opus as Frankie is in the south sea islands doing a stint with the naval reserves. Dee-Dee is stateside reading books on the beach while boyfriend is away. Frankie suspects Dee-Dee of possible infidelity and so hires the local island witchdoctor to conjure his sorcery to keep an eye on his ever-faithful girlfriend. Meanwhile Eric Von Zipper tries to improve his image by entering a perfect boy/girl next door contest complete with motorcycle race finale.
