Jesse (Kutcher) and Chester (Scott) are two bumbling stoners, wake up one morning from a eventful night of partying and cannot remember where they had parked which prompts them to go on a journey to find it and along the way, they encounter their pissed girlfriends (Garner, Sokoloff), an angry street gang (O'Connell), a bizarre transexual gender-disturbed stripper hounding them for a suticase full of money, a group of alien-seeking nerds, and a group of hot alien chicks in human form. And they are all looking for a mystical device called a Continium Transfunctioner that could either save or destroy the Earth.
