Sylvester Stallone's best performance in several years came within this movie. It's a good movie, and Robert DeNiro doesn't disappoint (like he ever does). 8/10.

Sylvester Stallone plays the character of a deaf sheriff. He is investigating corruption within the NYPD. He gets help from Internal Affairs investigator Mo Tilden. This is a good movie but a little hard to follow.
