The first big screen adaptation of The X-Files series is a brilliant film that deepens furthermore the mythology of the series.
With The X-Files shut down, Mulder and Scully are now part of an FBI anti-terrorism unit. After a bomb explodes in a federal building in Dallas, Mulder and Scully suspect that is a distraction for a bigger threat which leads them first to an agriculture complex in Texas and finally to a secret installation in Antarctica which holds the truth about the colonization of the planet by an alien race.
Fight the Future is a tremendous film both for hard-core fans of the series and casual viewers. It successfully combines the action and the special effects of a summer movie with all the elements that made the series so popular. The writing, acting and directing are amazing and it has a beautiful score by Mark Snow. It's been ten years since I first saw FTF and it's still one of my favourite films.

With the following of the show This movie took a big step and brought almost all the answers we needed from the show but of course in true X-Files manner they also gave us a bunch of other questions . The Bombing in Dallas scene was wow and Mulder having to travel to Antartica to save Scully was what I think one of the bravest things I have ever seen.

The Tension between the two main characters was wonderful and you could tell that they were really falling in love and when Scully got infected with that virus by that horrible bee that ruin that wonderful hallway scene Mulder stopped at nothing to save her.

The Gunmen and Skinner were great choices of characters to bring in as his help and CSM still creepy as ever with his ciggerate.

Wonderful Movie :)

Almost as good as the first few seasons of the show and way better than Seasons 8 and 9. The feature film filled in many questions which were needed and had a great storyline. Alot of the episodes that dealt with aliens I didnt like much, but the movie changed my mind. While it seemed like a normal super long episode, it is still very enjoyable.
