Captain Neweyes, a kind scientist, travels back in time and feeds a special cereal to several dinosaurs, making them tame and intelligent. The travel back to present new York to grant the wishes of children who want to see real live dinosaurs. They form a friendship with two children, but also meet up with Captain Neweye's evil brother, Professor Screweyes, who wishes to have the dinosaurs for his freak show.
