As I first watched this, I thought they where going for something like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, but just missed the charm that was needed to make it work with it's war theme in the back of it.

The worst idea of a film out there! Robin Williams is a great actor but this film was a complete waste of my time. It belongs back on shelves in the mall.

One thing I liked, and only one.
