I thought the movie was ok not the best thing i have ever seen and i thought this movie for some reason was a little odd i do think the story has been done to much before my rating of this movie is 3 Stars.

"Lake Placid" was a cool thriller/horror/monster film, but it was absolutely unoriginal. I was actually disappointed in the script as well as the acting by the really talented cast.

It was.. interesting.. but had absolutely nothing new. For an horror movie, I had more fun laughing of some moments than being afraid. Having a crocodile in the lake isn't enough to scare most of the people, even if he is pretty big, it doesn't...
