I haven't seen this movie in over ten years, but I remember thinking that it was just really not interesting or fun. While the details were original, the underlying story was not.

Entertaining
Its certainly not the best movie you can find, but its still a little bit entertaining. Denzel isn't that great in his role, but good enough to make you want to watch it.
