Film making at its finest. When not making you smile and laugh about its quirky jokes and brilliant acting; you are moved by its powerful themes and saddening truths about human nature, and the will to be free. A classic.

Definitely my favorite Jack Nicholson role. You fall in love with all the characters and Nurse Ratchet might possibly be the greatest villain of all time.

This film is expressly thick with the characters first created in the book. Some of the best adaptation ever exposed for film by Bo Goldman and Ken Kesey.
