He gets friendly with a gangster by the name of Frank Milo(Bill Murray), after a incident occurs with a Bartender Frank sends Wayne a present. The present is a girl by the name of Glory(Uma Thurman). After spending a week together they get quite close but Frank wants Glory back or Wayne has to buy her for $40,000. Wayne has to decide if he has to live up to his name "Mad Dog".
