I thought that some of the songs were really good (I LOOOVE "When You Believe") but the adaptation of the story from the Torah (bible) was a horrible adaptation. "Ramses" was the name of a city, not a person. And the only brother the Torah ever mentioned Moshe (Moses) having was Aharon (Aaron); there was never any mention of Moshe having a brother in the palace.

I thought that some of the songs were really good (I LOOOVE "When You Believe") but the adaptation of the story from the Torah (bible) was a horrible adaptation. There was never any mention of Moshe having a brother in the palace; the only brother the Torah ever mentioned Moshe (Moses) having was Aharon (Aaron). And even though Ramses II was the pharoh that Moshe faced when attempting to free the Jews, they never grew up together, especially not with a close relationship. And Moshe never met Tziporah until after he killed the Egyptian and fled Egypt.

I was expecting more from this story, the central character is Moses, the animation is great, but the voice overs are too over bearing and unkind for a childrens movie which doesn't really present itself much of a bible story anyway.
