A Tough Cop. A Dead Lawyer. Every Partnership Has It's Problems. Jack Moony, a white cop has it in for a black lawyer to the drug crowd named Napoleon Stone. Stone is now dating his ex-girlfriend which doesn't help matters at all. Stone is shot after Moony suffers a heart attack and wakes up to find out that he not only has a new heart but that it is Stone's and that Stone's ghost is now his companion which only he can see. Stone is insistent that Moony takes care of his heart and that Moony finds out who murdered him.
